You`ll love the expansive open floor plan with a light-filled living room graced by huge windows overlooking the Fox River and a stacked-stone two-sided fireplace that welcomes you on cool evenings. The perfectly appointed kitchen is a cook`s dream, with a large island that seats 4 and additional seating for 8 at the eat-in table. Ample counter space, a gas range with pot filler, plus a comprehensive housewares package make cooking a pleasure. The adjacent dining room seats 6 in an elegant, formal setting.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms conveniently located on this level as well, including the residence’s primary suite with a private balcony overlooking the river.
